The Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) today quoted the Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister, Prince Saud bin Faisal bin Abdul-Aziz as saying that any decision to intervene militarily in Syria should be taken only by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).
